As soon as you step inside, you\`ll be greeted by an open and airy living space, featuring high ceilings, tasteful furnishings, and plenty of natural light. The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable seating and smart TVs in all the bedrooms for your entertainment. Find the comforts of home in our fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of pantry space. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting featuring comfortable king size beds for every room with microfiber linens and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom offers a designated workspace and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The secondary master bedroom located on the opposite side of the home also features an en-suite bathroom and guest suite. There is a guest suite in between the living room and master bedroom that can be used as a sitting area or optional 5th bedroom. The sitting area can be converted into a comfortable pull-out queen sleeper with the ability to close the sliding partition between the living room and secondary master. But the real star of the show is the outdoor space. Step outside onto the expansive patio and you\`ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and desert landscape. There\`s plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and dining al fresco, as well as a large BBQ island with new stainless steel grill for those who love to cook outdoors. When you\`re ready to cool off, take a dip in the sparkling pool or relax in the bubbling hot tub. It\`s the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring all that Bermuda Dunes has to offer. \--- INTERIOR DETAILS --- This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a bonus room. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances. We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels. As per the City of Bermuda Dunes Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable. 2\. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it\`s less than 3 days. 3\. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 4\. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 5\. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 6\. No more than 5 vehicles allowed. 7\. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750. 8\. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform. 9\. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation. 10\. We were four families with our five-year-olds. All the rooms have king beds. We spent a lot of time grilling, in the kitchen, and in the pool. The house is close to supermarkets. There are small things we’d love to have seen upgraded, Drawers for our clothes, more hooks in the bathroom and bedroom for our towels, more tools for cooking and grilling. And a sound bar for the television. These are all incredibly minor considering we were there for only three nights, but those were the only things that came up. The house is beautiful and super clean. Plenty of space for us all to find Personal space and put the family and kids together. We talk about returning next year. ##### Fabian A. It’s everything you could imagine and more from the stunning property to the very easy communication with the property management and their helpfulness. There’s nothing you can want more. I do want to also emphasize that they thought about everything when it came to a rental property Down to the most Comfortable bedsheets and beds We travel to the desert often and this has to be hands-down one of my best trips and most memorable because of this process and this home!!! thank you so much for allowing us to rent this home and you won’t regret it if you do believe me!!!! High sealing, specious and comfortable. I wish there were umbrellas to have more shade by the pool. Also, it's a 4 bedroom house not 5 bedroom. It's a space between the leaving room and bedroom that has a sofa which turns to a bed but it's not a bedroom. I would highly recommend this property, it's lovely, it's clean and stylish. ##### Madlen M. I would definitely stay here again. It even seemed larger than pictured. The ceilings are incredibly high to give it a very open feel. It fit 5 adults very comfortably. The backyard and pool are amazing. My only low star was with the communication. I texted the number they provided for issues/questions but I never received a response.
