Multiple issues and zero attempt to resolve. Coffee machine broken. Main TV not working, no laundry detergent but strangely a request to wash the sheets at checkout. In the house low cactuses spread out next to pool and spa. My daughter stepped on one and we had to go to urgent care. I alerted Vacasa and they had no comment. I also had to escalate and negotiate with them to turn on spa because we missed the 48 hour deadline to make the request.
