### Modern Home in Resort Style Gated Community. Minutes away from festival grounds.

MORE wPICTURES PENDING. My place is located in the Indian Palms gated community that offers Pickleball, tennis courts, golf, and a gym. My home is located in a very quiet street. My place has an open concept with three spacious rooms and 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a double vanity spacious bathroom. Large bathtub in master bathroom. Second bedroom includes a queen bed with private patio. Third bedroom has a full size bed. Every room includes a television to stream Netflix, Hulu and Disney+. My place has two patios, one of the patios facing south with a beautiful stream. In the main patio, there is a Spa, barbecue, and a fireplace.
