This home has everything you can imagine for a perfect vacation. Lounge by the sparkling water pool with a glass of wine and a book listening to the waterfall, or soak in the hut tub under a lime tree. With stereo speakers on the inside and out, you can enjoy soft music while grilling outside for your guests. The poolside bar is big enough to sit 10+ people. Enjoy a meal in the fresh air by the outside TV, then, have dessert by the firepit at night watching the flames. 3 out of 4 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. Master suite features a king size bed, LCD TV, and fireplace. It is adjacent to an office for those who couldn't leave work behind. Master bathroom has dual sinks, large soaking tub and a separate shower. There are 2 queen size beds and another king size in the other 3 bedrooms. Living room is furnished with beautiful Bernhardt leather sofa and arm chair with an ottoman as well as big screen LCD TV on the wall. Formal dining room off the kitchen and living room will host a great party. You are surrounded by a golf community, take a morning walk to the club house, or just stroll the streets. You will be greeted by other early rising joggers, bicyclists and dog walkers. Grocery shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, hair/nail salon, dry cleaning, anything you might need is within walking distance. Indian Wells, La Quinta and Palm Desert are all only one mile away and each has great shopping and dining. You will be only one mile from a local shopping center with grocery stores, restaurants, banks, cleaners, postal services and more. For an upscale shopping adventure, head to Palm Desert's El Paseo, the 'Rodeo Drive of the Desert,' this mile-long eclectic mix of shops offers jewelry, apparel, art, home decor and haute couture. It’s also very spacious. The master bedroom doesn’t heat up quickly at all. If you want to use the hot tub you have to tell the property owner directly so she can turn it on through an app. The last night of our stay the hot tub wouldn’t turn on so she had to have the pool manager call me directly and walk me through the process of turning it on. The swimming pool was amazing and perfect temp the entire weekend. The kitchen is nicely spaced and had plenty of amenities. There is an outside tv, but it didn’t seem to work very well. The property manager will not answer you until a few days of the actual booking date. In general, the home was very nice and worked out great for us. ##### Sara C. The kitchen items were old, messy and dirty. They promised to only charged for electricity used so I paid a huge deposit and they refused to return my calls and emails and never refunded the difference as promised. Roomy, clean etc. the backyard is the crowning jewel. Pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen. Fire pit. Communication was easy and quick.
