The home includes an attached two car garage (currently pretty full needing to move out furniture) , and space for 3 cars in the driveway for any guests that you may have. Backed up onto a huge grass area making beautiful views.
This home features a large open concept kitchen that looks onto the dining and living area. Outside on the patio there is a propane BBQ.

The FULLY stocked kitchen has every cooking essential for cooking. We provide coffee for the coffee maker. This is the place to be in the desert if you are looking for a fun , relaxing, and comfortable vacation!!

Guest have full property access. Guest also have access to community pool and spa during open hours. Tennis courts available by request- 4 guest max. Clubhouse open to public for food/drink purchases. Schedule a tee time at the golf course for a fun day on the greens.

Due to HOA restrictions, only 4 guest per reservation are permitted to use the community amenities. Please reach out with any questions.

Pool maintenance every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Trash day is every Monday. No overnight street parking.

There is a daily pool heating fee of $50 if you chose to heat the pool. This just covers gas cost to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary

You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
