This space comes with 2 Queen Bed Gel Memory mattresses, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay! Located in the heart of Whitestown, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max! Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Use of Common Amenities: \*Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors. Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00 Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Initial onboard (internet access, lack of phone response from MGM) was less than desired. Front office (Leasing) were responsive and gracious. Departure was upsetting - thought I had leased place for an extra 4 nights. Again. MGM issue.....not sure what the story is. Lazar was comforting in providing an extra night but, all in all, I was disappointed. Perhaps MGM needs a competent admin? ##### Darby C. New, modern, comfortable. It has SO much potential!! The unsettling and very gross thing was that we found laundry falling out of the dryer, laundry in the washer, "stuff" scattered across the shelving in the master closet, messy piles of stuff (linens?) in the closet in the master bath, icky bottles of shampoo, etc., an almost finished bar of soap swimming in soap scum in the shower that had filthy shower doors, food remnants stuck to the fridge shelving, and greasy countertops. It was as if we had entered someone's home. At least the beds had what I THINK was clean sheets and there were clean towels in the bathroom. I attempted to contact the property manager over and over but the app kept saying "too many http requests". I was given no phone number. When I returned home I was able to email them. I sent a long email detailing everything complete with lots of photos. No response. After 2 weeks I sent another one. Crickets. I contacted them on the website from my computer (app still not working) and they said, and I quote, "What will you like to be done". No apology!! I didn't want to write a bad review, and would not have if they had shown more caring in handling this. Clearly they don't really care. It's the most bizarre experience I've had in a VRBO. Hopefully, in spite of their callousness in handling me, maybe they will have fixed things and it will be better for the next renter. ##### Amy C.
