Welcome to our cozy & pet friendly 3 beds 1 bath house located in the heart of Greenfield, within 5 min from local shops & dinning. Downtown Indianapolis is a short 25-minute drive away, you’ll have easy access to all the city’s top attractions, including the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Zoo. Our home is perfect choice we for guests who want to be close to all the action of the city while still enjoying the comfort and convenience of a charming small town. Nest doorbell located at the door frame, it records audio and video 24/7 & Nest Security Camera located on back of house to the east, it records audio and video 24/7

Everything about our stay was awesome and we will absolutely stay here again.The host was very attentive to all communication and quick to respond. Also very accommodating to our needs as guests with children.The home was very clean and well stocked. Extra amenities such as a pack n play, high chair, sound machine, baby monitor, and more were extremely helpful.Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, counter top appliances. The seasoning cabinet was full!Fenced in back yard with plenty of outdoor seating, fire pit, and grill was a nice addition to our stay.

The house was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the pet friendly aspect for our two spoiled Aussiedoodles. The privacy fenced in back yard was awesome. Will definitely try to stay again when we are in the area visiting family.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Rosie Roots in Greenfield, IN. Very cute place, all updated inside and very clean. They thought of everything and it’s so organized. Wonderful privacy fenced in back yard for our dogs. Very close to our granddaughter’s home so I’m sure we will be back. My only regret comment… the mattress on the king bed in the big bedroom was very firm and too hard for me.

This pet friendly property is great for 4 legged friends as well as their humans. The enclosed yard with privacy fence was perfect for us and our pup. We took advantage of the fire pit nightly with local family members. Communication with the host was quick and satisfactory. Great house with everything we needed. Located 5 minutes away from restaurants, markets and many different stores making it easy to grab food and anything else we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Has everything you would need

After i checked in, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was plenty of room for me and my 2 coworkers. The house hase everything thatwe needed. I was actually shocked on everything they had, didn't needed to actually pack everything that i did. Will definitely try to get this place again if i come back.

Weekend family getaway

House was clean and perfectly stocked with all our needs. Fenced in back yard was great for our dog. The host’s communication was prompt and helpful. The windows are old and we felt drafts coming from them. Location was close to downtown Indy which allowed for a short drive into the city. Beds were also very comfortable! We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Older home that's been renovated. However, the windows were not replaced and they allow drafts of air from outside. It was chilly by every window. Overall, it was perfect for our stay. Would stay there again!

This place was located close to the main drag with plenty of stores and restaurants. Owner was on top of responding with any correspondence. It was very clean and organized! No need to bring anything from home but your personal belonings.

Thought of everything

We were so pleasantly surprised that the host had thought of everything. The bathroom had unopened toothbrushes and toothpaste, feminine products, and razors so if you forgot something you didn't have to run to the store. There were even some weights and resistance bands for a work out. Tons of games and movies. Beyond our expectations.

You need it, it’s probably here!

I met w a couple of girlfriends for a girl’s weekend. We had 2 small dogs with us. The house was very clean and better stocked than any rental any of us have ever stayed in. This place had everything! Kitchen was super functional with new appliances, bathroom was well stocked and spacious (we did find the shower floor to be a bit slippery). The back yard was ideal for dogs and the poop bag dispenser was perfect! It was convenient to stores and restaurants. We plan to return!

Modern Hidden Gem

Visited PRI for the weekend, the house is very clean and tidy. It is also nestled in a very nice small town and there was plenty to do during our visit. Look forward to coming back.
