Walking distance to Indianapolis Motor Speedway and all of the restaurants, breweries, and local shops Main Street has to offer. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, each space in the house was renovated in the Spring of 2022 with particular detail to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. The main floor offers two bedrooms (one king and one queen bed), one full bathroom, living room, dining space, along with a kitchen that has all of the essentials you may need during your stay. The finished basement has a third bedroom (two twin beds), game room, and laundry. The game room has a table, perfect for board games or poker, as well as a combo game table that includes mini pool, ping pong, foosball, & slide hockey. The home also has a back deck perfect for entertaining with a grill and fire pit table.
