However, the floors were dirty as we noticed our feet got quite dark when we didn't wear socks. I recommend some single beds to accommodate a larger group of adults that are not family. Our 4th adult had to sleep on the couch. Luckily our other friends cancelled the trip or we'd of had to bunk-up together. The owner was very communicative and helpful. As soon as we got there, we pulled out a broom to sweep crumbs and dead bugs off the floor. One of the bathrooms had a used washcloth hanging in it and the sink was dusty. There were trash cans outside the home overflowing with trash that had been obviously sitting there for a very long time. More importantly though, I was there with a group of 5 women and we felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There were quite a few homeless individuals on the main road near the neighborhood and although we hoped to stock up on groceries at the Kroger right down the street, we felt uncomfortable even driving through its parking lot. ##### Anna T. We were able to enjoy all the festivities with an easy ride back and forth. Comfortable home with all new amenities. Plenty of room to spread out, even a back deck with nice yard. Beautiful finishes and very comfortable, and stocked thoughtfully with fluffy towels and shampoo and a hair dryer. The space was very comfortable. Neighborhood is residential and we waved at a couple of neighbors (who waved back). Parking was right in front of the house and plentiful. Bryan was a great landlord and very responsive up through the moment we walked in (we did not try to reach him during the booking, after confirming we had arrived). ##### Sonja I.
