The Space: Our spacious two bedroom plus apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Throughout your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center and working lounge. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The carpet is wet and damp and discolored. We all got sick after staying here and when we relayed the message no action was taken. Unfortunately we were booked for a second weekend and had to leave the unit and stay at a hotel instead. No refunds were given.
