If you want to communicate with the renter? Good luck. I tried to change the reservation within the app to shorten by one day, left multiple messages, never heard a word back. Getting the key was complicated, no one available to answer any questions. Unfortunate as I travel to Indy a lot on business, the apartment was very nice. Doesn’t matter if it’s a 5 star resort if the service is horrible. ##### Robin R. Easy to check in, easy to get from place to place, easy to relax, easy etc. ONLY complaint is the walls are definitely paper thin, so could hear people next door, down the hall, and above us at different points in the day/night/week....but seriously, was a great experience for us to use as a home base for work for the week. ##### Zachary R.
