The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are: \- Washer dryer in unit for free \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Sofa and 2 queen sized beds \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Fitness center access \- Multiple parking lots that offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius! \- Direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience! Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Guest Access: The entire unit is for your use and all building amenities are accessible! One block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall & the Statehouse Two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center & museums 5 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse 10 minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium Getting Around: The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Other Things to Note: No smoking, parties, pets Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors $200 penalty for lost key fobs No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Only downside is it sleeps 5, but has one couch that seats 3\. We spent hours here in between cheer competitions and would’ve loved seating for all 5 of us to enjoy time at the apartment. Easily walkable to many downtown points of interest and connected to the skywalk. The apartment itself was very, very sparsely furnished. It would very much be improved by a full size couch or a lounge chair or two in the living room. The bedrooms each only have a bed and one small narrow nightstand. They really, really need a nightstand on each side and just some kind of other surface to put luggage/other stuff on. A small dresser, or accent chair, even a folding luggage rack would be welcome! That being said, the location and the building really were great. Our flight got in early and I called the CozySuites customer service line to see if we could check in early and the agent was extremely helpful, friendly, and accomodating! ##### Jennifer W. I rented this apartment for an activity at the conference center, which is really close. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to stay here. The apartment was super clean, better than any hotel around. It was very easy to access and to get around for the conference. It is very close and convenient to restaurants, skywalk, we even got to use the pool table on the fifth floor. I think this was the best choice to stay in Indianapolis!
