The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are: \- Washer dryer in unit for free \- Fully equipped kitchen \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- Complimentary coffee \- Fitness center access \- Multiple parking lots that offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius! \- Direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center for convenience! A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
