The Space: This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. One block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall & the Statehouse Two blocks to the Indiana Convention Center & museums 5 minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse 10 minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium Getting Around: The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The apartment is directly between the State Capitol and Soldiers and Sailors Monument! Taking the sky bridges was easy once we found it on the 2nd floor passing ALL of the apartments. We recommend using the 139 N. Illinois Market Tower Parking garage as the other one recommended by the rental went up on prices.
