Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. It was not, I sent the property address and door code upon arrival. I arrived at the building and had no way to access it. After over 1 hour outside, I finally got a hold of the remote manager, who sent a link to the complicated 14-step check-in guide. I would never have booked if I knew it was such a process. Then, when I finally got inside the unit, the carpets were soiled, the beds were size and uncomfortable, the cheapest furniture I could imagine, there was mold in the shower walls, and the shower heads were gross. Blinds were cheap, let in light, and had no privacy; we got zero sleep and never felt comfortable. ##### Leigh B.
