Spacious floorplan perfect to have multiple families staying at one time. Sunroom perfect as a work station or game room. Kids will enjoy the basement, playing ping pong, watching TV or lounging on the sofa. Home has been updated with new flooring, paint, bathrooms, lighting and much more. Enjoy open space from the rear deck. Feels like new! The space 3 BEDROOMS. Primary Bedroom has KING Bed. Other 2 bedrooms have QUEEN Beds. This was perfect for our guests. House is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood but still very close to all the necessary amenities. House was clean and had all necessities for a comfortable stay. This was our second time staying here and will likely rent again for future travel. We did not require use of the basement, but did borrow the mattress from the fold out couch to accommodate small kids. There was a slight issue with the basement during our stay but nothing we didn’t communicate forward to the host and I’m sure will be resolved timely. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the park, with walking trails, is just out the front door. The house was clean, very spacious, and equip with everything we needed. We really loved the recreation space with the ping pon table in the basement and we also took advantage of the games and a puzzle that were in the hutch in the sun room.
