We all enjoyed the back yard with its beautiful pool, spa and tennis court. Jeff was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. The grapefruit tree was plentiful with it’s sweet, fragrant fruit — what a treat!"

"We loved staying at Bryanne's home while we worked our company's booth at the Stagecoach festival. The house was clean, comfy, and super convenient to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for credential pickup/shuttles. Our infant son and his grandma loved the pool during some very hot days, and the oversized main room gave him plenty of room to run around inside. "The property is just as pictured. It was clean and very roomy, would work nicely for a large family, a group of friends or three couples. The public spaces are very open, with high ceilings and good natural light, while the placement of the bedrooms provides privacy. The location is perfect for the BNP Paribas, it is only 1/2 mile from the entrance gate to the house. Only negative is an issue with the fuses in the kitchen blowing, which require them to be reset frequently."
