We did take 1 star away due to the balcony being furnished with uncomfortable furniture, we couldn't spend much time out there unless we stood, and the pull-out sofa beds. We understand that there's not much to be done about these types of beds, but perhaps having supplemental cushioning provided to assist with the 2 inch spring mattress would be nice.
