« This was our 4th time staying at this property. You CAN NOT beat this location. Our kids (19&13) don't mind staying on the pull out couch and my wife and I have the bedroom to ourselves. Not that there is much time spent inside when you have a walkout beach with no stairs. « The location of this vacation rental is fantastic. We enjoyed both waterways, and got out on the kayaks for a sunrise paddle on our last day there. The kids loved the pool, the parents loved the hot tub, and the house was comfortable for the baby shower we hosted. The showers besides the master suite shower were slow to warm, and did not ever get fully hot. The downstairs shower was slow to drain. The room advertising 2 queens includes an uncomfortable sofa sleeper. The room advertising a bunk...

« This is a great little complex with a very nice pool and location. Beach was across the street a very short three minute walk to watch the sunsets. Close to some local restaurants with great food to walk to. 10 minute ride to John‘s pass for shopping and restaurants as well. We had no complaints about our stay here! We arrived in the dark, so were a little confused about where to pull in or park to find our building but outside of that no complaints! »

Great location for most things along the strip. If going to Indian rocks beach again, we will definitely contact this host first! Thank you for a lovely stay. »

« Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet. »

« While staying there, a fellow tenant who is also a vacation rental owner from the FL Panhandle mentioned the Jacuzzi/pool pump has pressure problems and / or an air leak. The Jacuzzi was very difficult to get to function ideally. With a repair/service to address that issue, you probably wouldn't need to put the rooms "on sale" & charge the full market price. Great location, just steps from the beach, and right across from Indian ROCKS Grill, though. Overall, a nice weekend getaway. Never heard...
