Il y avait une forte odeur dans la salle de bain. Nous avions des serviettes qui avaient déjà été utilisées. Le matelas du divan-lit était épouvantable. Sur la plage, il fallait payer pour avoir un chaise et le prix n’avait pas de cense considérant que nous étions 4.

Thank you for the feedback April, it is very important to us. I am very sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. I will certainly share your feedback from your other posted review with team, particularly the slow service in the restaurant. The pool hours are stated on our website. The pool does close at dusk. The state mandates a certain amount of lighting for an outdoor pool at night in order to remain open. Unfortunately the hotel cannot install that lighting as the pool faces the beach and those lights would not meet the requirements for the Sea Turtle Regulations. Coffee served as part of complimentary breakfast was weak and tasted watered down. Service was great thanks to Laurie. Views at breakfast were lovely and peaceful. Valet parking being a requirement is unabashedly unnecessary. This is the only hotel on the island has their own pedestrian walkway so why make it a requirement for people to use valet parking?

The floors were dirty, as you walk across the floor, filth was sticking to my feet. The bed and bedding were great. Did not like the parking across the street, and have to ask the valet to get my car, and parking fee was 20.00 per day! We will not stay here again.

I really liked the ocean view room. Unlike other hotels in the immediate area that only offer a partial view, The Crowne Plaza offers a balcony with full ocean view. That's the whole point of a beachside vacation, in my opinion!

I loved that it was on the beach and there was a nice bar and grille. There were cabanas to use for shade. The room was very nice and super clean. I didn’t like that parking was valet and $20 per car per day which we found out when we got there. The grille food was good but a little pricey. Starbucks didn’t have food. The curtains didn’t close all the way leaving a sheer middle curtain that you could see through if you looked hard enough.

My experience staying at the Crowne Plaza in Melbourne is always a good one. I've been visiting there for the past 3 yrs 4 my bday vacay. Had never been or anywhere else in Fla. It's always a great stay. Staff is wonderful, love that the hotel is right on the beach, its quiet, not a party town which is why I chose to visit. In 4/2022, my 1st stay, was awesome. Had a rm w/ a full beach vw which I LOVED! So the following April of '23, I put in a request to have that same rm & they were nice enough to hold it 4 me😊. I did hve an issue w/the hotel shuttle. When I arrived in Melbourne, I assumed that the shuttle was for the hotel guests, but the shuttle that pulled up said they had to get the flight crew 1st & there wouldn't be any rm, & I would hve to wait until another shuttle came. Now THAT I didnt like. So I just requested a lyft. Also the times of the shuttle, if you have an early am check out before 7/8am or coming in after 10/11pm you are SOL. Now my recent stay (4/2024), when I made my reservations, I requested to hve the same rm I stayed in the past 2 years. Whoever I spoke to was like "sure, no problem. I got you down". But when I arrived, the person at the desk said there wasn't any note on my reservation and another guest had checked in my room (😁) 2 days prior. I did get a full beach vw rm, but I wanted to be in the room I had before (😔). I plan on visiting again for my next bday & hopefully I get my room. Other than tht, always a great stay!👍

Nice hotel on beautiful beachfront. Balconies are big, but get the Oceanfront room for full view. Longboards restaurant & bar have good food & drinks. We had a few issues with room on arrival but staff were eager to help and moved us. The staff is excellent. They also provide free local shuttle to nearby sights.

Nice clean rooms :) we had the one w a kitchen. Valet starts around 6am with using key fabs to locate cars in the parking lots so you will hear horns doing the little honks pretty often if you are in the rooms along the parking area. Super nice stay

This hotel is conveniently located on the beach with a restaurant for food and drinks. Downsides were that our room smelled like sewer (seemed like it was coming from the bathroom), our deadbolt was broken (they sent someone promptly to fix it, but it was still getting stuck), and they have mandatory valet parking which they charge you $20/day for.
