Family-Friendly. 5 mins to Diamond Peak Welcome to our charming, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean townhome-nestled in nature with a tranquil creek flowing just behind the deck. Located in a small, quiet community, the home offers two reserved parking spaces conveniently located right in front of the house. The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops. Our family-friendly, two-story home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player (and a selection of DVDs), board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360 for all ages. While the home does not have air conditioning, it stays comfortable with provided window and floor fans. Guests can enjoy access to a heated community swimming pool during the summer season (typically June through Labor Day). Smoking and pets are not allowed. Short-Term Rental Permit: WSTR 000182-APP-2021 HOUSE LAYOUT BEDROOMS (all located upstairs) Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom with a shower, TV, and Xbox 360. Bedroom #2: Includes a queen bed. Bedroom #3: Offers a twin-over-full bunk bed-great for kids or additional guests. All beds feature memory foam mattresses, quality pillows, light blankets, and cozy comforters to ensure a restful sleep. The second full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combination. Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom. The spacious living room includes two sofas, a 55” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The space also includes a dining table and a dedicated desk area, ideal for remote work or quiet study. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and a variety of basic condiments to make meal prep easy. A half bathroom on the first floor includes a washer and dryer, along with laundry supplies for your convenience. OUTDOOR SPACE The deck overlooks a peaceful forest landscape and a year-round creek, offering the perfect setting to unwind with your favorite drink. Our favorite feature was the creek running in the back (best spot to have your coffee in the morning) and I appreciated that it was a 10-minute drive or less to groceries, several hikes, and Sand Harbor Beach. The proximity to Sand Harbor means that you'll have the best chance of getting a parking spot early in the morning! We didn't have kids with us, but the home is filled with everything you could think of to entertain people of all ages from video games, movies, and toys. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit. ##### Leslie L. The creek running behind the property was wonderful sitting on the deck and listening to. Property was well equipped and a minor problem was attended to immediately. We left early only because of Hurricane Hilary and we felt we needed to get home prior to it hitting. We made it just in time. ##### Patty R. The place was great for a family, and had safety gates on the stairway which were perfect for us traveling with our toddler grandson. They easily accommodated us arriving a couple hours before check-in time, since the place was already cleaned and ready, which was much appreciated. Very easy to find every thing in the house, which stayed cool even when it was hot outside. Facilities like the pool and laundry machine was much appreciated. Having the creek outside was serene and a great noise buffer from neighbors (couldn’t hear anything). We ate all meals on the patio and loved being surrounded by nature. Well stocked house for young kids and they loved the pool and grassy area out front. Appreciate being able to use the private beach pass once too. Olga was super responsive and very helpful! Downstairs is a generous half-bath/utility room with washer & dryer, a (very) well-stocked kitchen, a generous dining table (great for 6 people, and will fit 8), and very comfortable living room opening onto the deck, which has a bench around the outside, a table and chairs, and a clean propane grill. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and two full baths, one attached to the main bedroom. Main bedroom: King bed; 2nd room: Queen; 3rd bed: Full+Single bunk; plus futon and pullout couch in living room. The back porch is right on the creek. During the summer with the snow melt, the soundscape is incredible! I thought we would be sharing walls with other units, but it's separated from neighbors by a few feet. Very clean community with a shared swimming pool and the gorgeous surroundings you'd expect in Tahoe. The owner, Olga, was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay, and very helpful. One thing not evident in the listing: There are at least 8 units side by side, and their porches are visible to each other. We only saw one neighbor, briefly, during our entire 4-day stay, so not a huge deal, but if you want seclusion, you'll want to open the back sliding door and hang out in the living room. Also, do not miss Sand Harbor Beach! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. ##### Bryan O. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2023
