Large spacious home with over 2700 square feet. Relax on the deck with stunning view of the lake.  
  
This home features 5 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, great room with pool table and large wrap around deck with grill and seating for 8. Please note Outdoor furniture and full use of deck is not available during winter months due to heavy snow!  
  
The first floor has fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8. The kitchen flows into the Great Room that has gas fireplace, large screen TV, pool table and ceiling to floor windows. Outside deck off this floor with grill and seating for 8. Enjoy the view looking at the lake while enjoying quality time with your family and friends. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are on this floor. Bedroom #1 with King Bed with bathroom that has shower and bath. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed.  
  
Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a double bed and Bedroom #5 has twin bed. There is a office space area that provides privacy if you need to get a little work done. Laundry room access to washer/dryer.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

Some of our properties are located close to Incline Village’s private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.

#### Get together for old college friends

Great home to stay while we attended a concert at Sand Harbor. Home was comfortable with lots of bedrooms and parking places which is difficult to find in Incline Village. The temperature was warmer than usual for the area, but the fans helped. Owners responded quickly to questions.

#### Perfect stay for two families over spring break

This property was a perfect spring break getaway for us and our friends. The house was perfectly set up for us all to spread out and between the layout (perfect for hide and go seek), train set, pool table, and puzzles our kids were never bored and barely asked for screen time. House location was also fantastic! Would recommend highly to anyone going, especially if sharing your stay with more than one family.

#### Fantastic Loacation!

The property has amazing views of the lake from inside the house and on the spacious deck. We enjoyed time inside the large living areas relaxing and playing pool, but we especially enjoyed spending time on the deck and utilizing the built in barbeque.

#### Nice for a quick getaway

House was in good condition with fantastic views. Great layout allowing families to have seperate areas for adults and kids. Very well equipped kitchen, great for meal prep. The heat was unable to be turned down completely and had to be shut off and on manually to keep house cool at night. Entertainment system needs instructions for neophytes (there is no cable service only streaming). Value recieved in light of rental rates was a little in the favor of the owner. We rented on weekdays, weekend rates jump significantly.
