Lovely small, quiet, private complex located in Incline Village. This relaxing and refined unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family retreat. There is a deck with stunning lake front views off the living room and one off the master bedroom. There is also a private gated patio located at the property entrance great for relaxing and grilling. We are located directly on the lake with a private beach, marina and swim platform. Incline Village bike/ walking path is minutes from your front door. This path is 4 to 7 miles if you choose to ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lake Tahoe Sand Harbor State Beach. WSTR24-0106 TOT # 4531 Occupancy 4, Beds 2, parking spots 1, no parking on roadways at any time. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is 5 minutes away. NorthStar is 15 mins while Palisades Tahoe and Alpine are 30 minutes. Tahoe City is 15 minutes away as well.
