This Incline Village vacation rental is the perfect retreat whether you're hiking nearby trails or enjoying the lake views from the deck. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, this home offers comfort for the whole family. The large picture windows provide stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the hot tub and private sauna for a memorable stay. Outdoor adventure is guaranteed with several trails just seconds away from your stay. When you're not busy hiking, sit back and enjoy lake views from the deck and soak in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub. Within 10 miles of your stay, discover the Historic Stateline Fire Lookout, Sand Harbor, Old Brockway Golf Course, Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, and Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe. The chef in your group will adore the gourmet kitchen's stainless-steel appliances, plentiful meal prep space, and ample natural lighting. Family meals can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table. After dinner, head to the game room with poker table, and Super Chexx table await hours of fun! The loft will be loved by everyone as a perfect spot to watch movies and play board games. Each bedroom ensures restful slumber under soft linens. A private dry sauna is located off the primary bedroom, and the bathrooms feature walk-in showers and heated floors. The cleanliness was excellent as was the location. It was well equipped with every thing we needed including detergent pods for the laundry and dishes, utensils, and plenty of towels. Check in was easy, the property owner is very responsive to questions, and he didn't ask us to do dishes, laundry, or clean bathrooms on our way out. We did start a load of towels for them anyway!This property had everything we were looking for - lots of space (we had 7 people and it never felt crowded), beautiful, upgraded bathrooms (my husband loved the Toto toilet), a hot tub that was sparkling clean, a fire pit, and a well stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms have queens, the master has a king, and the 4th bathroom has two bunk beds that are a single over a double each. Lots of space! The neighborhood is quiet and at the very top of the hill. Convenient to Incline Village. Everything was clean and there were lots of little extra touches that are so appreciated when you're on vacation - plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, washing machine soap, paper towels, etc.If I had to pick one thing to find fault with, it's advertised as having a lake view but it doesn't really. You CAN see a small wedge of the lake through some trees when you're on the main level, but it's not exactly an amazing, exceptional view. It's just a small thing and all of the other perks to the house far outweigh the lack of a grand view. Overall, this house is fabulous and you won't be disappointed! ##### Wendy Z.
