Our kids especially loved the room with the bunk bed AND king size bed. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything was in good working order. The rooms were cozy warm throughout our stay. It was also a nice surprise to be just a short wall away from the golf range which was ideal for snow play (or sledding if we had remembered to bring it). We received a message from the owner that the neighbor complained of our children being too rowdy and loud. We were accused by the owner that our children were jumping on the bunk beds (never happened) and were told to stop ruining their furniture and that the condo was not a gymnasium. I was completely taken aback by the harsh message. We were apologetic and told him we would remind our kids to keep their voices down, although we respected quiet hours without issue. The owner shut off the internet on our last night and changed the WiFi password so that we could not access the TV in the morning before checkout at 11\. Very unprofessional and rude. We’ve never had an experience like this before. Again, if you have kids, would not recommend. ##### Nicole G.
