Things to Know This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. WiFi speed will be affected by the number of people in town. When the population is low, WiFi is high-speed. In winter, chains or a 4x4 vehicle will be required, depending on the weather. Please check road conditions in the winter months to see if they are needed. Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories during winter storms. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. We arrived the water was turned off - so there was no hot water when we arrived at 4pm. The staff was amazing in responding to our concerns. But sadly, he said water will be hot in an hour, it was not - not hot in the morning - or after a day of skiing. He came back - turned out the circuit breaker was off. Then when we wanted to make a drink - no ice in the ice maker - the ice maker was turned off in the fridge! UGH. But the place was good location - ##### Joan B.
