Winter renters full disclosure: the heating system is a hydro-thermal system involving warm water running through copper pipes in the walls to baseboard radiators. Sometimes, a gentle metallic banging noise can be heard in the walls. It is the normal functioning of the heating system and is unavoidable. Also, the big heater over the kitchen deck is under repair and currently doesn't function. We are awaiting parts. The master bedroom fireplace is non-operable. This is all reflected in the pricing. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
