This Perfect Vacation home is set up for Entertaining friends and family. This property is Located in Lower Ponderous Subdivision. Walk through the front door to a tiled entry way, and large windows that look out to an amazing back yard. The open floor plan with a great room and tall cathedral ceilings, large wood cased dual pane picture windows, wood plank ceilings and stone surround gas fireplace (four fireplaces total in property). Above the entry is a loft with a pool table and sofa for some down time after the beach or skiing. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, Den area with Tv sofa and chairs, Fireplace and Air Hockey! I worked well for a large family to eat dinner today, play games and just relax. Even though it is surrounded by neighbors, it felt like you were in the middle of nowhere when you sat outside, it was so peaceful. The home is beautiful from the outside but even better when you walk in. The layout is very inviting with open floor plan, large kitchen (fully stocked with everything you need), warm living room, huge fireplace, dinning area, powder room and a big master bedroom. Upstairs you’ll find a loft with a pool table and views of the kitchen and living room area. You definitely can join in on all the fun going on while playing a game. Downstairs is another living room area with an air hockey table, fireplace, laundry room, bathroom and master room plus two additional bedrooms. The decor is lovely with local Tahoe art which gives this home a modern cabin feel. This house was very clean and well organized.
