Inside the home, you will be welcomed by a bright, spacious living/dining area, cozy bedrooms all on the lower level, and a deck with a private hot tub. This home is the ideal launching pad for your round fun in Tahoe! Getting Around: The home has a public transportation TART stop a two miles away. This stop is called HWY 28 at Countryclub by Fairway which runs every hour and connects you to stops such as Kings Beach. For those arriving into the Reno-Tahoe International airport there are shuttle options that will take you to Incline Village. For those with a vehicle take advantage of HWY 28 just minutes away and enjoy day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Lake Tahoe. UBER, Lyft, and taxi options are available. Other Things to Note: Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
