She sent a very detailed e mail with check in details(the morning of our check in day) and also set us up with a pass for the local private beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to Incline beach. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Looks like Diamond Peak is close by for winter snow trips! Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to hiking, biking, and beaches; Sand Harbor is beautiful. Condo was spacious with plenty of room for our entire family. There were alot of Kitchen utensils and other items available to use. I did have to go out and buy a coffee maker because the one provided would not work, and even if it did, it was filthy. The Unit could use a deep clean, lots of dust and cobwebs visible. In the description it says there's access to a local beach and Vouchers would be available to gain access, there were no vouchers available. The carpet was new and the bathrooms were clean. The layout of the second bathroom on the main floor made it less convenient as the other six guests were essentially sharing one bathroom. The property management wasn’t super helpful. The first night we had a power outage and basically said finding matches and other emergency supplies was on us and couldn’t even provide a name of where to buy a flashlight. Luckily it came back on quickly as it was below freezing, snowing outside, and we were without power and heat. There was also no fire extinguisher on site. Bring your own flashlight, toiletries, and dish soap, etc. Finally the door locked behind us 30 minutes before checkout and the cleaning crew was already there waiting for us to leave. ##### Sara W.
