I finally got in touch with someone in the phone by the kiosk, to ask about early check in (which was an option on the website). I pretty much had to pay for an additional day to check in early so I can drive my duffle bag off. The next morning I woke up to a stranger trying to get in my room! he started banging on my wall at 6am! no one did anything to help me. I immediately got my things (didn’t even shower) and booked a room at the hyatt where I felt safe and was much more comfortable. Poor food options. Far from the train station. For two weeks in a row there were people banging both my walls which is weird cause it's hotel not an apartment. Switched rooms and floors but the banging never stopped.
