lovely country villa
The house and surrounding property was excellent, facilities were very good and as described in the promotion. The location is very rural and a car is essential but its bang in the middle of Majorca so Palma, Alcudia, Port Pollensa are only 25 minutes drive away. I would advise taking junction 30 off the MA13 for Santa Magdalena and the Ca's Padri is only 1km from there as I did have difficulty finding it. Juan met us at the villa and gave us lots of information about Inca and supermarkets etc, he was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfekt zum Entspannen
Wir hatten 8 tolle Tage und Nächte auf Juans wunderschöner Finca! Es war perfekt, um eine Auszeit vom Trubel der Großstadt zu bekommen. Die Lage ist super, es ist alles schnell erreichbar und es ist schön ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns die Nähe zum Tramuntana-Gebirge gefallen. Das ganze Anwesen ist einfach zauberhaft! Die Kinder und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Und natürlich auch den Pool.:-) Juan ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und hat uns persönlich willkommen geheißen. Er war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns alles super erklärt und uns Tipps gegeben, zum Beispiel für Restaurants. Es gab auch alles, was man braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Flasche Wein erwartete uns zur Begrüßung. Vielen Dank!:-) Eine große Empfehlung!

Finca mit tollem Garten/ Terrasse
Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren Kindern in der Finca sehr genossen! In der einfachen, großen Finca war alles was wir brauchten. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage mit Blick in die Berge und das schöne Aussengelände gefallen. Viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, toller Pool, schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super und unkomliziert, danke an Juan!

Holiday with the little ones
We had a very Nice time at the finca Ca’s Padrí. Unfortunately it was still a little too cold to use the pool, but there was more than enough to explore in the garden for the kids and the donkeys were very friendly and a big hit. The house itself was cosy and nice. We had a beautiful stay.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir haben hier als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Sie liegt abseits der Touristenorte ruhig in ländlicher Umgebung und die große Terrasse war unser vorwiegender Aufenthaltsort. Wandergebiete und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Nach dem Wandern bot der Pool eine willkommene Abkühlung. Juan ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt. Seine Tipps zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Stränden waren sehr hilfreich.

Traumhaft
Wir waren zu viert (zwei Pärchen im Alter zwischen 55 und 66 Jahren) und haben Juan`s Finca und die Ruhe unglaublich genossen. Juan ist sehr freundlich und mit seiner lustigen und sympathischen Art fühlte man sich gleich Willkommen. Zudem gab er uns viele Tipps von tollen Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Restaurant oben auf dem Berg, welches man von der Terrasse aus sieht, ist ein "Muss"! Einfach super, das Essen, die Ambiente, nettes Personal und eine traumhafte Aussicht. Auch der Kontakt vor der Anreise war sehr unkompliziert und es klappte alles einwandfrei. Das Haus mit seinem mallorquinischen Flair hat alles was es brauch um sich "zuhause" zu fühlen. (Ein grösseres Schneidebrett in der Küche wäre von Vorteil, da mein Partner Hobbykoch ist, hat er es vermisst ;-)). Ansonsten mit allem ausgestattet, echt super! Der Pool ist sehr, sehr sauber, Juan kam sogar noch einmal vorbei um danach zu schauen. Der Aussenbereich ist traumhaft mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Terrasse ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön, eigentlich waren wir nur dort, haben sogar draussen geduscht. Der Garten hat viele Bäume und wir durften Feigen und Zitronen nehmen so viel wir wollten. Für uns war die Finca einfach perfekt (wir würden sie sofort kaufen, leider möchte Juan sie nicht verkaufen ;-)) Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke Juan, es waren wunderschöne Ferien in deinem Anwesen.

Traumhaft schön!!!
Die kleine mallorquinische Finca liegt völlig abseits jeglichen Trubels und garantiert absolute Privatsphäre. Den Pool und den schöne Aussenbereich haben wir gerne und viel genutzt. Auch bei sehr warmen Temperaturen ist es aufgrund der Klimaanlage im Haus angenehm kühl. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage und der Nähe zu Inca sind alle gewünschten Ziele auf der Insel schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstelle, etc. sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Vermieter Juan ist unglaublich nett, unkompliziert, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns wie Freunde behandelt gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit. Wir können die Finca (samt Vermieter) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen.
