The Space:  
Welcome to The Burgess Room, a private studio apartment in the heart of historic Kimmswick - a very walkable, quiet little river town. Located one block from LaChance Winery, this town boasts many shops, restaurants and amenities you won't find anywhere else in St. Louis.  
  
This cozy and private studio has just what you need for a relaxing stay. It offers a private entrance, up a few stairs and just a few steps from the parking area. The studio has an open and spacious floor plan, with an expandable dining room table, a comfortable queen-sized bed with Casper luxury mattress, and an adorable kitchenette with a tile backsplash stocked with all of the tools and spices you'd need to get started on your stay. A Roku TV with streaming Spectrum cable TV is mounted on the wall above the Keurig coffee bar. Hold all of your clothes and items in the large walk-in closet, right next to your very own in-unit laundry room. The bathroom is bright and features a glamorous walk-in, full sized tile shower and high gloss tile floors.  
  
You'll be very comfortable staying in this studio - it's perfect for someone looking to relax and get away from the city!

Guests have access to the entire studio unit via keypad entry

GUEST VERIFICATION:  
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.  
  
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:  
\- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.  
\- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.  
\- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.  
  
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

#### Quiet, Quaint Stay for Business Trip

Was in town for a business trip and this was fantastic for a solo traveler. The town is very accessible walking, as I didnt have a vehicle. The room was clean, everything worked, great Internet

#### Under a week stay.

The studio is as listed. It's neat and modern. The neighborhood is adorable with little shops and great places to eat in walking distance. Check in is not as easy as most, because they make you give a picture of your license front and back through an online link. You can not have visitors because only people who have provided their ID are permitted. Otherwise, they are communicative and reasonable management. I recommend.
