Here, every day starts with the scent of the sea, and everything becomes easier to enjoy.  
Renovated one-bedroom apartment in Imperia, Ferriere area, on the second floor with lift. The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It can accommodate up to 3 guests.  
Facilities: air conditioning, heating, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, electric oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets. The living room features a French-size sofa bed (144×200).  
A private parking space in the garage (height 1.85 m / width 2.50 m / length 5.50 m) is included, ideal also for storing bicycles.  
We are 600 metres from the city centre and all daily amenities: small shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and pharmacy. The Urban Park is also within walking distance — a green area by the sea that connects Porto Maurizio and Oneglia. And just 300 metres away you can access the famous seafront cycle path: more than 30 km of coastline, light and small villages leading you all the way to Sanremo and beyond.  
This flat is perfect for those who want to enjoy Imperia in its most authentic way: walking, cycling, slowing down, living the rhythm of the sea.
