Property Summary  
The Lucija single-family house is a two-story vacation rental in Graničići, Croatia, offering ample space for your stay. It features a private, fenced property spanning 650 square meters, complete with a seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, 150 cm depth, available from June 1st to September 15th). The pool area includes a shower/WC, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, and a pool house with a fridge, shower, WC, and cooking stove. Enjoy al fresco dining on the 30-square-meter terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house also provides internet access, a washing machine, and parking for three cars on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a spacious, fenced outdoor area of 650 square meters. Relax and soak up the sun by the angular swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters and 150 cm deep. The pool is available seasonally from June 1st to September 15th. Enhance your pool experience with the provided shower/WC in the pool area, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. You can enjoy a spacious 5-room house with 160 square meters of space spread across two levels. The living/dining room is equipped with a satellite TV featuring a flat screen for your entertainment. On the upper floor, you will find two rooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm width and 200 cm length, along with a fan for your comfort. Additionally, there is another room with a French bed of the same dimensions, a satellite TV (flat screen), and a fan. This room provides access to a balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, and a freezer. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table located within the kitchen area. For outdoor enjoyment, a barbecue and six deck chairs are provided. The bathroom includes a bath and a toilet. Additional facilities include a baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.
