Welcome to the 3-family house "Eifelnatur (Haus 1)", a peaceful vacation rental surrounded by nature in Immerath, Germany. This property offers a tranquil escape with its serene location amidst trees and fields. You'll enjoy a well-kept garden, a lawn area, and a pond on the shared 1'000 m2 property. Amenities include Internet WiFi, parking, and the option for an installment plan. Indulge in recreational activities like table tennis and a children's playground. The house also features a sauna (extra charge) and a self-service bar with drinks and food (extra charge), shared with other houses.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty surrounding the property. Situated on the outskirts of town, it offers a quiet, elevated position on a slope, just 10 m from the edge of the forest and 8 km from the lake. Explore the well-kept garden spanning 450 m2, complete with a 300 m2 lawn and a pond. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy walking paths starting just 50 m from the house, while families can spend quality time at the children's playground with a slide, swing, and sandbox.

The property provides ample facilities for your convenience. Shared amenities include a billiard table, table football, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, and a washing machine (extra charge). Weekly linen and towel changes are offered. You can also request bread roll and beverage service for an additional fee. Please note that access to the house involves navigating 25 steps. Limited parking is available on the premises. Additionally, the leisure room and sauna are located in the neighboring house and shared among guests.

Nearby attractions include Vulkanmaare, Vulkanmuseum, Kreuzweg, Strohner Märchen, Wildpark Daun, and Adler- und Wolfspark Kasselburg. The famous Pulvermaar lake is just 1.5 km away.

The living/dining room spans 35 square meters and features an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV with a flat screen, a CD player, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. It leads out to a balcony. There are two rooms measuring 16 square meters each, both equipped with a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a terrace. Another room, measuring 12 square meters, has one bed (90 cm, length 200 cm) and one double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). The kitchen, spanning 8 square meters, is outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers a range of amenities, including a shower/WC, bath/shower/WC, a large balcony of 10 square meters, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and a portable barbecue. It also boasts a beautiful distant view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities provided are an iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, hair dryer, and logs (for an additional cost).
