The local pub and community shop are less than 2 minutes walk from the front door, and the property boasts a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for alfresco dining and childs play. There is an open plan kitchen/dining area with wood burner for the cooler seasons, a cosy living room also with woodburner and Smart TV.
Size:  Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Beds:  3 x Kingsize bedrooms, 1 with ensuite. One Twin room Rooms:  Ground Floor - Kitchen, dining room, sitting room, ground floor WC. Utility room. First floor - Four bedrooms, family bathroom and office space on landing. Kitchen & Utilities:  Fitted with a range of matching wall and base units and central island. Electric Everhot Aga with two ovens and a hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, free standing kitchen island. Fully equipped with a range of utensils and tableware.  Utility room:  With washer/dryer, Sink, iron, ironing board and collapsible airer. Entertainment:  Smart 55'' TV Outside: Lawned garden with small raised pond, plants and patio area with garden furniture seating 10, steel fire pit and Gas BBQ. Hot tub. (Please note: From 1st October - 31st March, there will be a £150 charge added to the booking for the use of the hot tub) Please clean the BBQ before departure or you will be charged a cleaning fee. Much appreciated  Parking:  Private parking for up to three cars. EV Charger at request with £50 charge of usage.  General:  WiFi Provided. Gas and Electricity included in the rent. Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Travel cot and highchair provided.
