Apartment 5, located in The Albemarle building in Ilfracombe, offers a seaside escape, whether you're planning a staycation with friends, or enjoying a family holiday. This contemporary apartment boasts two bedrooms, living room, kitchen-diner, and family bathroom.

Entrance to the property is via a shared hallway, and Apartment 5 is on the first floor up a flight of internal stairs. The entrance door opens directly into an internal hallway which runs the length of the apartment to the living area, which looks out to the beach.   
  
Ilfracombe is a picturesque Victorian seaside town in Devon, boasting two beautiful beaches and a delightful harbour. Apartment 5 in located in the heart of Ilfracombe and is ideal for exploring this charming destination, the stunning North Devon coastline as well as Exmoor National Park.  
  
Indoor Description  
The living room benefits from lots of natural light and wonderful sea views; furnished with a velvet sofa and a comfortable armchair, there is a Smart TV, with Freeview channels and access to various streaming services. Super-fast wifi is available throughout.  
  
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, and kettle, ensuring you have all the tools needed for a self-catering stay.  
  
Situated in front of a full-length kitchen window, the dining bar provides the perfect setting to enjoy stunning views of Ilfracombe beach.  
  
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (4'6) and ample space for your belongings, including a wardrobe with full-length mirrors, and bedside tables.  
  
The second bedroom includes a cozy small double bed (4') along with generous storage for your convenience.  
  
The family bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, toilet, and hand basin.   
  
Outdoor Description  
Located in the heart of Ilfracombe, just a short walk from the town's range of local shops, restaurants and pubs and the Landmark Theatre. Ideally situated for the South West Coast Path too, which runs right through Ilfracombe.  
  
Ilfracombe is within a short driving distance of Barnstaple, Exmoor National Park and various villages so it’s perfectly located for exploring North Devon. The nearest train station is in Barnstaple, a 25 minute drive from Ilfracombe. The station has regular routes to Exeter, with connecting routes to Plymouth and locations all across the UK.   
  
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Ilfracombe. Hop on the 21 or 301 which travel to Barnstaple, or the 31 which has stops in Woolacombe and Morthoe.  
  
Parking  
There is no allocated parking for this property. There is limited free on-street parking nearby, and there is also several pay and display car parks in Ilfracombe. The nearest Pay and Park is at the Landmark theatre car park (postcode EX34 9BZ).
