A lovely second floor apartment for up to four guests with double and twin bedrooms plus fantastic sea views and located less than half a mile from Ilfracombe’s seafront and quaint harbour.. All on the Second Floor:

Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . Seagrass is a bright and airy two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a Grade II listed Georgian terraced house with fantastic sea views over towards Capstone.  
  
Located less than half a mile away from the nearest beach and theatre in the popular Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe, the accommodation comprises an open plan living/kitchen/dining with a Smart TV and DVD player plus a selection of DVDs and the kitchen area has all you’ll need for your stay including a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and there’s a bathroom plus additional handy separate toilet. Parking is available for one car on-site but not suitable for towed vehicles or large motor homes. There are ample other places nearby if needed. This apartment is perfect as a base for up to four guests wishing to make the most of this stunning region’s scenery and many attractions.  
  
Ilfracombe with its beaches and lovely harbour and port which dates back to at least the 12th century with quality ice cream, fish & chip and various craft shops and art galleries to enjoy plus Damien Hirst’s Verity statue which is a must see. The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Hillsborough & Rapperee Cove, The Torrs, Watermouth Bay and the South West Coast Path. Then there’s the lovely Fuchsia Valley and for the family, Watermouth Castle and Theme Park. Why not take a trip to Lundy Island or enjoy coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris and diving which are all available locally? Or take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs.  
  
Try your hand at sea fishing on Blue Fin or take an exhilarating tour of the amazing coastline on the Ilfracombe Sea Safari or on the Hampshire Rose, a former RNLI Lifeboat. Ilfracombe is also perfectly situated to the enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. And then there’s Exmoor National Park, just 11 miles away and Lynton & Lynmouth, 19 miles to the east with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world!  
  
Of course, then there are several world class beaches such as Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! – all of which are famous for their surfing qualities, vast stretches of sand and also great dunes. Once you have enjoyed a day out and if you don’t fancy cooking then there are several good quality and popular restaurants to try out, many of which are regularly visited by locals from all over North Devon for their tasty local and ethnic fayre.
