"Casa Nube was exactly as represented, and we had a great stay. The location is close to everything but still feels private and peaceful. The home is clean, comfortable, and the pool was a great bonus to have all to ourselves. Communication with the host was easy - more than easy, GREAT! Everything worked just as expected. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot near the plaza and the beach."

"This place has the most amazing views and if you don’t mind being further away from the ocean.The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was lovely and outdoor bathroom was appreciated.The owners were so wonderful to work with and so informative.It would be nice if the golf carts were included in the house rental as they were definitely needed."

"This was our first time staying at the property and I was very pleased by nearly all aspects of our visit. I requested a room on a higher floor in the new tower, and we were placed on the top level. Street noise can be a concern when travelling to Mexico, but with all of the rooms in that building facing the ocean, we heard little traffic noise even though we were very close to the highway. There was some carry-over noise from the adjoining room, which only had one door between the suites. Our room was clean, if a little under-supplied. A second facecloth and hand towels are the norm, but not here. Water bottles were not replaced after check-in, but filling stations were available. Of the three pools, the beachfront option is certainly the most popular. It is stunning! There were plenty of poolside and beach loungers available, though we were visiting at a low-occupancy time (Jan 7-12). One afternoon, a very entitled man refused to heed the rule of no music being played at the pool. I asked for staff to intervene, disappointingly, no one did. The on-site restaurant has a good reputation, and the one day we visited for breakfast, service was quick and friendly. Food was only fine. There is an on-going wasp problem. Their solution is to put syrup and jam packets in the planters to divert them from the tables. It isn’t working. Go to Rinconcito across the street instead! I would stay again, but it’s farther from town/amenities than I usually like. 10/10 value and staff. "

"From the entertainment staff, to the cleaning crew, to the bartenders, the bellboys, the front lobby crew, the waiters, everyone is working their butts to make sure your vacation is perfect. The second we walked in, we were greeted with fun and kidness. The bellboy was hilarious, letting our kids hop onto the trolley cart and riding it! The check in was fast and efficient. Our room was in perfect condition. Clean and nice and cool all week! The rooms are stocked with lots of drinks (water, beer, pop, plus other alcohol). The water in the shower is nice and warm. The food was yummy with something different to eat every night. The waiters and cooks are constantly moving and working and making everything seem effortless. Also the burgers and fries by the pool were delicious. The entertainment staff was by far the best I’ve seen. Always “on” and smiling, making people feel special. Christopher specifically went above and beyond. Same with Fryda (she knew everyone’s name-it was amazing. Anna was wonderful and kind. Abnar was a lot of fun too! I can’t believe how hard the staff works here. A special shout-out to Griss from the kids club who was SO GOOD with our little guy. He never wanted to leave the kids club!! The drinks were delicious and strong !! There is literally always something to do here, for both kids and adults. The foam party and neon party stood out to us in a big way, so much fun! The shows were a tad lacking but we enjoyed the contests prior to the shows!"
