"Don’t stay here . It takes you ages to get to reception if you are in room 6035. They are under construction so it’s very noisy !!!! It’s dirty with cola bottles and plastic in the ocean. The all inclusive has so many restrictions . The food is disgusting , the FISH HOUSE fish is is inedible . ONG I could go on forever .Dont waste your money . The staff try and bribe you all the time ."

"We stayed in a swim up room which was great, it was like having our own private pool at times! The food was lovely, a great selection including great eggs made to order for breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, a special shout out to the cleaner Ahmed and Hamada from the dining team who were both great! "

"Very nice hotel. 5 stars. I love the amenities. We booked a dive and snorkeling excursion with their diving team. It was awesome. I love the pool area. Lots of seating around the pool. The entertainment at night was pretty good. There is belly dancing, karaoke nights. It was pretty good. Breakfast was also impressive. Lots of Egyptian food to eat. We had a comp dinner and it was impressive. They also gave us Pepsi to drink as complimentary. Very good food. Our hotel housekeeping was nice. He cleaned our room everyday and left nice cute towel decoration on our bed or hanging from the ceiling. He was very creative."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Resort in Hurghada Without a Doubt Sunrise Crystal Bay is hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a true luxury experience from start to finish. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking in the Posh Club. It takes your entire experience to another level. Exclusive areas, premium service, total relaxation. It made our trip unforgettable. What really made the stay special was the service. Huge shoutout to Hussien. This man genuinely cares. He looked after me and my family like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. He’s professional, kind, and on top of every little detail. Hussien is simply the best of the best. If you’re thinking about booking Sunrise Crystal Bay, do it. You’ll be glad you did. Already counting down the days until we return. Five stars all the way."
