"Very good staff and great price. Good accommodations throughout the building including kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The rooms were more spacious than my prior experiences living in a hostile hotel. The interior of the building was clean. Rooms were well maintained. The location is within walking distance to downtown Auckland. You may prefer to Uber, but I never needed an Uber. My legs got me everywhere. I would definitely return for another stay on my next trip to New Zealand....

"Thevroom i had was a double bed private room .it didnt have any street noiseband was nice and dark due to having internal walls within the building ..a perfect spot if you are just lookingvfor a bed due to early morning flights from tahiti..thestaff were also very helpful organising late taxis . "Room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was available, and I love that you have a laundry available at a decent price. Also, close to a local shop with local foods at a decent price. I love that there was both an ice machine and a filtered water machine to fill up my water jug before my daily activities. Mahalo!!!"
