"Amazing family friendly hotel in a beautiful area. Great beach, pools, amazing food, nice coctails, and very friendly staff members. We stayed in a family suite with private pool and it was worth it. We definetely want to come back one day. The only thing that needs improvement is the lift leading to suites which did not work properly throughout our stay. "

"Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice. "

"Was there for a week with the all inclusive package. Great deal and when I ate on property I ate very well. Also had a spa package and massage another day and both services were very good with great staff. And nice and full spa facilities (pool,sauna, human, cold room…) The only remarks I would have are: - For the whole week I was there I was told that all restaurants were “fully booked” for dinner and I was supposed to make reservations ahead of time. It would’ve been nice to know… luckily the staff at the dinner steak house were very kind and accommodating and made “space” and accepted me without a reservation so.. in case, just try asking directly at the restaurant instead of the front desk 😅 - It was a shame that the main pool bar stoped playing the lovely lounge music they played from 10am to 6pm just before sunset… maybe I was there in September and the schedule changes.. The weather was amazing by the pool. Nice breeze and warm sun! A part from these small details. Great stay. Great staff! Absolutely recommended and I look forward returning."

"In need of an upgrade/ renovations Door handle hot to open, ants at entry and bathroom We were inclusive of all, staff offered the world, once you approach to assist, they were very dismissive. Beach/pool towels worked by card system at reception then take card to wellness centre which was inconvenient each time you need a towel, more interested in point of sale for wellness centre. These could have been set up by the pools or beach. TV wasnt working, air conditioning weak Good size room Once again definitely needs renovating"
