"Our stay was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was on another level — every single staff member went above and beyond, and it truly showed. The bartenders at the swim-up pool kept the vibes high and the drinks flowing, and the beachside service was incredible — always fast, friendly, and with a smile. Huge shoutout to Freisy for taking care of our Magna Club dinner reservation. That dinner was top notch — phenomenal food and flawless service. Over at the preferred bar, Eloy was the star of the show. His energy is unmatched. He made everything fun, kept us laughing, and really made our nights memorable. Our swim-up room was also top tier — clean, beautiful, and just steps from the water. Truly the perfect setup. The entire property is stunning, the staff are exceptional in every way, and the service is some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We will definitely be coming back."

"Whole stay was amazing! Arrived around 10am, got an early check in, which started the trip off great. Would have been tough to have to wait 5 hours to get into our room. Panda and Franklin really went out of their way to make our time the most fun. They are sweet and caring and always made sure we were happy.
