The property had everything to make our family celebrations the best they could be including heated pool and jacuzzi, walled garden for our 2 dogs, pool table, table tennis and foozball. The house itself is large and accommodating, with a great, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with lots of bathrooms and ample hot water. "The views are beautiful and premises well manicured. The staff were all extremely polite. Our room had a small seating area that had 2 steps down to access and was a true “fall hazard” if you didn’t watch your every step. "

We had a few instances when requesting rides back to the hotel from the beach/dinner (an offered service) and the driver did not come (on 3 occasions we were told it would be 10-15 min and waited for 30-40 min before walking), but other than that we had no issues. "We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was quite great. Lobby and the room were all very clean. two nice pools and fun live music or karaoke each night. The staffs were nice and helpful. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Algarve ( Praia da Falésia) if you want to spend time with your kids playing in the beach. Highly recommended."

The villa had everything we needed in terms of cooking equipment and a decent sized BBQ which we used a couple of times. The beach is a bit further of a walk around 20-25 mins.
