"Great, well appointed accommodations and location. Beds were comfy, good showers and A/C. We loved having the golf cart. My husband and son caught fish and the kitchen had everything we needed. The color of the water was the most brilliant blue ever and the beach amazing!!! Would come back!!!"

"Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. "

"It looked like all the rooms have a clear view of the sea and marina. This hotel is in need of a good refurbishment. The main pool , bar and place to eat are a walk away from the rooms. Not in the main building. On the positive side The staff are great but it’s overpriced for it’s current condition "

"Terrific Villa. Everything worked as advertised. We really liked that the patio has a nice new dining table with umbrella and has some nice vegetation and shrubbery that provides a lot more privacy that many of the villas. The beach here is unbeatable. Many days there were less than 50 people on the 3 miles stretch of paradise. The sand is like sugar. Brian is a great host and very responsive to questions. He also provided a lot of info on the area before the trip. 5 STARS! "
