Freshly renovated with taste, combining modern comfort, beautiful family furniture and nicely dosed colour touches, this charming cocoon welcomes you with open arms. Entering, it smells of holiday memories! One can imagine sitting around the beautiful wooden table, to enjoy a good meal, prepared in the lovely open kitchen with a retro look. Very well equipped, you can prepare good little dishes thanks to its induction hob, traditional oven and microwave. You will also find a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Preparing breakfast will be child's play, with a kettle, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, as well as a toaster. To relax, a living room welcomes you with its new wood stove, made available to you. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are offered on the ground floor. Their original floor, nicely restored, and the small beach cabins and Senegalese fabrics that decorate them give them real character. For a quiet reading moment, you will also discover a relaxation lounge on the mezzanine. Sep 9, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Check-in, communication #### Schön, aber mit Mängeln Insgesamt ist dieses Objekt sehr schön. Leider waren einige Mängel zu beanstanden, die aber eigentlich relativ einfach behoben werden sollten: der Küche fehlten bspw. eine einfache Pfanne zum braten und anderes, was man bei diesem Preis erwarten könnte. Die zimmertüren ließen sich nicht schließen und die Tür zum Garten (Fenstertüt) auch nicht. Die Übergabe erfolgte durch Home , die Dame sprach nur französisch und auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur erfolgte nur in französisch- englisch: Fehlanzeige. Für uns war das jetzt nicht so ein Problem, für andere wäre das schon problematisch. Im Übergabezettel stehen Vereinbarungen, die zwar aus Vermietersicht nachvollziehbar sind, jedoch aus Mietersicht bei einer Kaution von 800,-€ nicht tragbar. Bspw. der Mieter haftet für verdeckte Mängel, die iregendwann im Nachhinein festgestellt werden können. Der Mieter selbst muss aber innerhalb von 24 Stunden das gesamte Haus überprüfen, ob Mängel vorhanden sind und diese melden, sonst haftet er selbst. Wenn ich Urlaub mache und nach 11 Stunden Fahrt am Urlaubsort ankomme, fange ich sicher nicht an, das Haus auf Mängel zu prüfen. Aug 19, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Vacances en famille à l'île Tudy Nous avons passé une excellent semaine dans cette jolie maison à l'entrée de l'île Tudy. La maison est idéalement placée, à 300 m de la grande plage et on s'y rend à pied ou a vélo sans problème avec les enfants. Nos filles étaient en stage de voile à la super école de voile de l'île Tudy toute la semaine. C'était très facile de les emmener en vélo : 5 à 10 minutes pour se rendre à la base nautique, 10-15 minutes pour aller au port. La circulation est faible même en plein mois d'Aout sur la presqu'île. Attention en revanche aux heures de pointe lorsque l'on part faire les courses ou se balader aux alentours. La plage est calme, le sable hyper fin, les enfants ont pieds assez loin, un bonheur! La maison est très pratique, décorée avec beaucoup de gout, la terrasse et très agréable, le voisinage très calme. Il manquerait peut-être un sèche-linge, car lorsque le temps est humide le linge ne sèche pas. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir y passer d'autres vacances! Merci pour tout ##### bénédicte l.
