« This location is exactly as it is described. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking and it really is only a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the ocean-side. Close to restaurants and shopping, it’s probably one of the best spots in Avon. Close to your checkin date, you’ll receive a very helpful and detailed document about the property and the area. It really left no questions at all. Highly recommend! »

« We loved the closeness to the ferry to Ocracoke. We were just here for a couple nights and it was super easy to hop on the ferry for a day of exploring, and then use the drive to and from Hatteras to explore that island. Super clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and nice walks around for wandering. »

« Very nice condo, comfortable and clean. The stairs not a problem for us but be aware it is the top floor. Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park.
