« We had an excellent week long stay. The place had great views of Lake Wakatipu and is walking distance to town (albeit a bit uphill coming back). A few dings here and there but very clean, comfortable and not noisy, kitchen was more than adequate to cook daily meals for a family of 6. Beds were adequate and comfortable. « I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...
