« We stayed at the Stone House for 3 days in July and had a wonderful time. Jane, our host, was great: kind and generous, friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfasts were deliscious and Jane accomodated my gluten free needs with ease. The house was immaculate, and quiet. Our room was very spacious and the bed soooo comfortable. We walked to Popham Beach and back for a lovely day at the ocean. We want to return!! »

« Our week in Maine at Stonehouse Manor was even better than we had imagined! We found ourselves at a beautiful B&Bin an historic home, close to wonderful Popham Beach, local trails, and an easy drive to Bath.The setting of the house is incredible and rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and updated.Jane’s hospitality brought another level of enjoyment and comfort. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and could advise us about places to explore.Her breakfasts were wonderful. And best of all...

« We felt right at home in this very cosy and charming inn. The hostess and her assistant were both very friendly. Excellent breakfast, most comfortable bed ever, impeccable cleanliness. Perfect central location close to everything. We walked to eat dinner at Central Provision, a very hip yet friendly and affordable restaurant in the old port neighborhood. We totally recommand it to foodies like us. The Portland Museum of Art was the central point of our stay and it was better than expected....
